Immediate Placement and Immediate Loading in Full Arch Restorations

This full day course will address converting the hopeless dentition into fixed provisional restorations in a single appointment 4 hour procedure. Clinical cases of immediate extraction, proper aveolectomy, implant placement and placement of a fixed-detachable temporary will be discussed. Advantages and disadvantages of this technique and proper case selection will be addressed also. Fabrication of the final fixed detachable once healing has occurred will be covered. Additionally, the incorporation of CT scanning into the prosthodontic practice will be discussed to include, installation, maintenance, and daily use of the technique in diagnosis and treatment planning of the prosthodontic patient.
